Buea Institute of Technology is proud to once again be the official host of the APWAL FINE ARTS FESTIVAL. APWAL 2022 kicked off yesterday 20th of October 2022 with pomp at the Buea Institute of Technology Multipurpose hall with the presence of official representatives from the Ministry of Arts and Culture.
